Processing Time

All in-stock items ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Colorado. Customers will receive pickup instructions after purchase.

Local Delivery (Colorado)

Local delivery may be available for select furniture pieces. Delivery rates vary based on distance and will be confirmed after purchase or upon request.

Nationwide Shipping

Furniture and larger items may require specialized shipping or freight services. Shipping rates are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Customers may be contacted after purchase to confirm final shipping details if necessary.

All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Golden Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and one-of-one designs, we maintain the following policy:

Furniture & Custom Pieces

All furniture and custom items are final sale.

Small Goods (Boards, Coasters, Planters)

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• In original condition

• Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos of the packaging and item
  We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
